Shipping policy

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding US holidays).

Delivery time: Most items ship from our US warehouses and arrive within 5–9 business days of your order (processing + transit). A small number of oversized or specialty items ship from overseas facilities and arrive within 12–18 business days β€” these are clearly marked on the product page before you order.

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to activate.

Shipping cost: Free standard shipping on all orders unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Address changes: We can update your address any time before the order ships β€” contact support@loafandwag.com as soon as possible. Once shipped, we cannot redirect packages.

Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx, and regional carriers, selected per item and destination.

Delays: If your order hasn't arrived within the stated window, contact us at support@loafandwag.com and we'll investigate with the carrier. If we can't locate your package, we'll reship or refund in full β€” your choice.
