We select them from established pet brands, including Pet Life, VEVOR, Touchdog, Dog Helios, Touchcat, Cheerble and PETKIT, alongside unbranded pieces we judge on build quality alone. Every product page names the brand that makes that item.

Orders ship from US warehouses run by those brands and their distributors, which is why delivery estimates differ from item to item. It is also why return terms differ: each brand sets its own conditions, Manufacturing defects are covered free within 30 days on every item; other return conditions vary by brand and are listed in full in our refund policy.
