Refund policy

30-day returns. If you're not satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Conditions: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Assembled or visibly used items may be subject to partial refund.

How to start a return: Email support@loafandwag.com with your order number and reason. We'll send you the return address and instructions within 1 business day. Please do not ship returns without contacting us first.

Return shipping: If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or we sent the wrong item — we cover return shipping and reship or refund in full immediately upon photo confirmation (often no return needed). For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping.

Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. You'll get an email confirmation.

Damaged on arrival: Take photos within 48 hours of delivery and email us — we resolve these fastest, usually without requiring a return.

Exclusions: Final-sale/clearance items marked as such; gift cards.
