Refund policy
Every item is covered for 30 days from delivery. If something arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we refund or replace it in full, with no restocking fee and no return shipping cost to you. Send us a photo and we will sort it.
Change-of-mind returns work differently. We are a retailer, not a manufacturer, and each brand sets its own conditions for returning an item you simply decided against. Rather than average those into one vague promise, the exact terms for your item are printed on its product page, and every brand’s terms are listed below.
To start a return: contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number. We will confirm the terms that apply and send return instructions. Please keep the original packaging until you are sure you are keeping the item.

Refunds
Once your return is delivered and checked, the refund goes back to the original payment method within 3 business days. Your bank may take a few days longer to show it.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled any time before they ship: contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped it has to be handled as a return.
