Every Loaf & Wag order has a 30-day return window. Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect are always covered, we send a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement once photos are confirmed. Change-of-mind returns depend on which brand made the item, because our brands ship from their own warehouses. The exact terms for any item are printed on its product page, next to the delivery estimate.
How to start a return: email support@loafandwag.com with your order number and photos (for damaged or defective items). We reply within 1 business day. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 3–10 business days of approval.
