Orders & Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Most items ship from our US warehouses and arrive within 5–9 business days of your order. A small number of oversized or specialty items arrive within 12–18 business days — these are clearly marked on the product page before you order.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order, US-wide. No minimums, no codes.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to activate after that email arrives.
Can I change my address or cancel after ordering?
Yes — any time before the order ships. Email support@loafandwag.com as soon as possible and we'll update or cancel it. Once shipped, we can't redirect packages.
Returns & Refunds
What's your return policy?
30-day easy returns. If something isn't right, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll walk you through it. Items should be unused and in original packaging where possible.
My item arrived damaged — what now?
Send a photo to support@loafandwag.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace or refund it — no need to ship the damaged item back in most cases.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of us receiving the return (or approving the claim).

How do I pick the right size?
Every bed, harness, collar and apparel product page has a built-in size guide with measuring instructions. There's also a full Size Guide page. Between sizes? Size up.
Are your products safe for pets?
We curate for everyday comfort and quality — and we exclude categories we're not comfortable standing behind. If you ever have a concern about an item, contact us and we'll make it right.

What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, plus Shop Pay, PayPal and Google Pay at checkout.
