About Sale: buying guide & FAQs

Sale at Loaf & Wag: 592 products in stock, $10 to $540, every one shipping free from a US warehouse.

We are a retailer, not a manufacturer — this collection stocks products from Dog Helios, VEVOR and Cheerble, and every product page names the brand that makes that item.

What to look for

  • Check the dimensions on the product page against the space or the pet you are buying for — sizing is the most common reason for a return.
  • Materials decide how long something lasts: steel and solid wood outlive plastic in daily use.
  • Read the care instructions before buying — anything that cannot be wiped or washed easily gets cleaned less often.
  • Every product page names the brand that makes the item, so you can compare like for like.

Frequently asked questions

How do I pick the right size?
Every product page lists dimensions, and our size guide at loafandwag.com/pages/size-guide has neck girth, chest girth and back length for clothing and harnesses. Measure your pet rather than going by breed — sizing varies between brands.
How fast is shipping, and what about returns?
Every order ships free from a US warehouse and arrives within 4–10 business days. Orders placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day count that day as business day one. You have a 30-day return window; manufacturing defects are covered free, and other return conditions vary by brand and are listed in our refund policy.
